Original Salad with Shrimps and Mushrooms

 

A healthy mixture of light salad leaves with champignons and shrimps. A good starter for a brunch or dinner. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Champignons 8 oz
Shrimps 5 oz
Gouda cheese 5 oz
Lettuce leaves 5 oz
Onion 1
Garlic 2c
Salt and Pepper 1/2 tbsp

Olive oil

2 tbsp

Cooking Method:

  • Shrink the onion
  • Cut mushrooms to small particles
  • Boil shrimps for 2-3 minutes, taking the shell off afterwards
  • Fry onions until transparent, then add mushrooms and fry for 8 minutes
  • Grate the cheese
  • Brake the lettuce leaves
  • Cut the garlic
  • Mix lettuce, onions, garlic, shrimps, mushrooms, season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with olive oil
