Original Salad with Shrimps and Mushrooms
A healthy mixture of light salad leaves with champignons and shrimps. A good starter for a brunch or dinner. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Champignons | 8 oz |
Shrimps | 5 oz |
Gouda cheese | 5 oz |
Lettuce leaves | 5 oz |
Onion | 1 |
Garlic | 2c |
Salt and Pepper | 1/2 tbsp |
Olive oil |
2 tbsp |
Cooking Method:
- Shrink the onion
- Cut mushrooms to small particles
- Boil shrimps for 2-3 minutes, taking the shell off afterwards
- Fry onions until transparent, then add mushrooms and fry for 8 minutes
- Grate the cheese
- Brake the lettuce leaves
- Cut the garlic
- Mix lettuce, onions, garlic, shrimps, mushrooms, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with olive oil
